Delete your NEYO account
Open NEYOThis page is for NEYO • Signaturesi (app and website by Signaturesi). You can delete your NEYO account and Bean ID here, or inside the app in Settings > Privacy > Delete my NEYO account.
Your NEYO account was deleted.
Your NEYO data and your Bean ID have been removed, and you were signed out on every device.

Step 1: sign in with the Bean ID you use in NEYO.

What gets deleted
- All your chats and messages
- Everything NEYO remembers about you (memory, lessons, reminders)
- Long tasks, saved answers and usage counters
- Your plan (an active Smart plan ends and is not refunded automatically)
- Workspaces you own, with their files, plus your comments and memberships in other workspaces
- Files and photos you uploaded
- Your Bean ID (the login for NEYO and Bean messenger), your profile photo, and the messages and files you sent in Bean
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What we keep
- Nothing in NEYO or Bean. Payment companies (Lemon Squeezy, JazzCash) keep their own receipts of any payment you made, as the law requires.
- Messages other people sent you stay in their own chats.
